A. Right of Withdrawal

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall be 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://www.jaimiejacobswallets.com. Please refer to the withdrawal button in the footer. If you use this option, we will promptly provide you with confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail), including the content, date, and time of receipt.

You may also complete and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear declaration electronically on our website: Click here to withdraw from the contract. If you make use of this option, we will promptly send you confirmation of receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal.

Returns must be sent exclusively to: Jaimie Jacobs Fulfillment Center (Innenhof), Alte Würzburger Str. 32, 97980 Bad Mergentheim, Germany.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to personal needs.

General Information

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components.
2) Please do not return goods carriage forward.
3) Compliance with points 1–2 is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
