Delivery costs:

Deliveries within the European Union: Delivery within the EU is free of charge for orders from €40 after discounts. Shipping costs for orders below 40€ are calculated during checkout. Deliveries to Switzerland: Delivery to Switzerland is free of charge for orders from CHF 40 after discounts. Shipping costs for orders below CHF 40 are calculated during checkout. Customs duties and import sales tax for deliveries to Switzerland are covered by Jaimie Jacobs for purchases over CHF 60, so there are no additional costs for the customer. For orders over CHF 60, delivery is made directly to the customer's home by DHL; collection from customs is not necessary. Deliveries to countries outside the European Union: Shipping costs for destinations outside the EU are calculated during checkout. Please note that these costs do not include customs duties, taxes, or other import fees that may apply to international shipments. These costs must be borne by the customer.

Delivery time:

All our goods are shipped from Germany. We dispatch orders within 1–2 working days (Mon–Fri) via Deutsche Post or DHL. Engraved products: If you have ordered a product with engraving, please note that additional time is required for customization. Such items are dispatched within 2–4 working days (Mon–Fri). Shipping time is added on top and varies depending on the destination — see the link below.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer you a refund within 30 days of purchase - no questions asked - provided that the item is in its original, unused condition and packaging. Products with an engraving cannot be returned.
