Delivery costs:

Deliveries within the European Union: Delivery within the EU is free of charge. Deliveries to Switzerland: Delivery to Switzerland is free of charge. Customs duties and import VAT for deliveries to Switzerland are covered by Jaimie Jacobs, meaning there are no additional costs for the customer. Deliveries are made directly to your door by DHL; collection from customs is not required. Deliveries to countries outside the European Union: Shipping costs for destinations outside the EU are calculated during checkout. Please note that these costs do not include customs duties, taxes, or other import fees that may apply to international shipments. These costs must be borne by the customer.

Delivery time:

All our goods are shipped from Germany. We dispatch orders within 1–2 working days (Mon–Fri) via Deutsche Post or DHL. Engraved products: If you have ordered a product with engraving, please note that additional time is required for customization. Such items are dispatched within 2–4 working days (Mon–Fri). Shipping time is added on top and varies depending on the destination — see the link below.
