Since we believe that our exceptional high production standards result in a superior quality level, we offer a 10 year warranty on our wallets and key holders purchased on our website.

If your wallet or key holder is not usable anymore within this time period due to quality issues we are happy to provide you with a new one. Please send us a description together with some meaningful pictures of any quality issues that you considered covered by this warranty to: info@jaimiejacobs.com 

We will do our utmost to render your request within 24 hours.

Watches, Backpacks and RFID Protection Cards:

Since we believe that our exceptional high production standards result in a superior quality level, we offer a 3 year warranty on our watches and backpacks purchased on our website.

If your watch, backpack or RFID protection card is not usable anymore within this time period due to quality issues we are happy to provide you with a new one. Please send us a description together with some meaningful pictures of any quality issues that you considered covered by this warranty to: info@jaimiejacobs.com
