We ship our goods with our logistic partner DHL or Deutsche Post. The delivery is free of charge within Germany. The shipping costs to other destinations will be calculated during check-out.

All our goods are shipped out of Germany and we deliver to the following countries below within the European Union. Please note that the indicated delivery times are only estimates from our logistics partner Deutsche Post. These are based on average delivery times to those countries. Since we depend on the service rendering of our logistic partner we cannot guarantee those delivery times. 

Please note that shipping prices do not include Customs, Duty, Taxes, or any other importing fees for international shipments outside of the European Union. We cannot mark shipment as a gift or declare a different value. The customer is responsible for obtaining information about the applicable import regulations in his country (outside the EU) and for paying any import charges.

In case you ordered a wallet with engraving please be aware that the below indicated delivery time will be extended by 2 to 4 business days (Mo. - Fr.). This is the time we need to customise your wallet.

Currently we are unable to offer shipment to countries that are not included in the list below. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer you a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item is in its original, unused condition and packaging. To make a request, please visit our return portal by clicking on the following link: Return Portal

We will do our best to respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.

Please be advised that products with an engraving cannot be returned.

We are unable to provide free return shipping at this time. Hence you will bear the costs for the return shipping. 

Returns will be credited to the original form of payment.

After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than issues in manufacturing. 

Wallets:

Since we believe that our exceptional high production standards result in a superior quality level, we offer a 10 year warranty on our wallets.

If your wallet is not usable anymore within this time period due to quality issues we are happy to provide you with a new one. Please send us a description together with some meaningful pictures of any quality issues that you considered covered by this warranty to: info@jaimiejacobs.com 

We will do our utmost to render your request within 24 hours.

Watches:

Since we believe that our exceptional high production standards result in a superior quality level, we offer 24 months warranty on our watches.

If your watch is not usable anymore within this time period due to quality issues we are happy to provide you with a new one. Please send us a description together with some meaningful pictures of any quality issues that you considered covered by this warranty to: info@jaimiejacobs.com
